(ETH Zürich) Am North-South Forum an der ETH in Zürich trafen sich gestern Vertreter von der Direktion für Entwicklungszusammenarbeit DEZA (Andreas Ries) mit Repräsentanten des NCCR North-South Forum der Universität Bern (Peter Messerli + Thomas Breu), dem World Trade Institut WTI (Elisabeth Bürgi + Katja Gehne)und referierten zum Thema "Transnational land acquisitions and rural development - Impacts on natural resources and livelihoods in developing countries". Als Podiumsteilnehmer nahmen überdies AllianceSud-Geschäftsführer Peter Niggli und Rolf Kappel (ETH) teil. Moderiert wurde die Veranstaltung von Ruedi Küng (DRS II) und garniert mit einem Bericht über Kenya von TAZ-Korrespondent Ralf Leonhard.
