(Wien) Seit 10 Jahren bietet die Call Center Convention Entscheidungsträgern einen Event für Gedankenaustausch und Transfer von internationalem Branchen-Know-how. Die Convention ist die wichtigste Veranstaltung der Branche und eine Plattform für Innovatoren, Trendsetter und Trendscouts der Call Center Szene. Die 10. Call Center Convention wurde am Donnerstag vom stv. Wirtschaftskammerpräsidenten Hans-Jörg Schelling eröffnet. Call Center seien inzwischen ein wichtiger Wirtschaftsfaktor und für viele Unternehmen und Institutionen ein unverzichtbarer Bestandteil des Kundenmanagements. Daher sei es unverständlich, dass die Branche immer noch mit ihrem Image kämpft, sagte Schelling.
